Hey all! Time for an update! I’ve been completely overwhelmed by all the great reactions to my trip from all over the world :).. So far 64 sponsorships from all over the world have come in! Swedish, Norwegians, Greeks, UK, Germans, Colombians, Pakistani, Austrian, USA, Chinese, Indian, Singaporean, Italian and Dutch, such a great mix!
Climbing Kilimanjaro would be fun. It is even more fun when you can do it with your colleagues and doing it for a good cause! Let me introduce to you to Accenture’s corporate citizenship policies and to VSO, the charity that I support by completing this challenge.
YAY! Working life is not the end for me. I found a way to keep travelling and work at the same time, who would have thought ;). I didn’t think something like this would cross my path this soon, but I saw this opportunity!
The summer of 2013 was one of my best summers ever! A fun-filled holiday on a vintage sailing ship with great weather, great food, great people and great parties!
As of today, the Netherlands Embassy in Washington DC has the intern count set on 10! Anne, Esmee, Lotte, Tessa Raoul, Reinout, Matthias, Alex en Philip and myself are currently having a blast at different departments of the embassy and of course also outside these walls. Here a short overview of what has been keeping me busy the last 1,5 month since I arrived in DC on the 27th of February!
